Privacy policy
LEON CORP CORE ("we") handles the information of players of the mobile game Joseon Exorcist ("the game") as described here. This policy covers the game only.
1. What we process and why
- An anonymous account ID (Google Firebase Authentication), created automatically on first launch so that rankings and Arena records can be saved without sign-up and abuse can be prevented.
- Nickname and game records: nickname, Power, best chapter, Arena score, duel and defense logs, and the exorcist, allies and gear shown to opponents. Used for the rankings and the Arena; nickname and records are visible to other players.
- Purchase checks: order number, product ID, time, and the store's confirmation, to verify each purchase and never grant it twice. Card and payment details are handled by Google Play and Apple; we never receive them.
- Abuse detection: when a record no player could reach is detected, the reason, time and length of any restriction.
- Ads: when you watch a rewarded ad, our ad partners (Unity LevelPlay, Unity Ads and their mediation networks) collect the advertising ID, device model and OS, IP address and similar data to serve and measure ads. You can reset the advertising ID or turn off personalized ads in your device settings.
- Usage statistics: to improve the game, Google Firebase Analytics records app opens and play time, progress (tutorial, chapters reached, rebirths), in-game activity such as summons, rewarded ads and purchases, and the device model, OS and country, with an app instance ID. No name or contact details.
- Account linking (optional): when you link a Google (Android) or Apple (iOS) account in Settings, Firebase receives that account's identifier and, for Google, its email address, used only to recognize you. Apple linking does not ask for your email.
- Cloud save (linked accounts): your progress, currencies, gear and purchased items are stored on our server in encrypted form so you can get them back on a new device. Without linking, they stay encrypted on your device and are not sent to us.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts or photos; we receive an email address only if you link a Google account or write to us. Notifications are scheduled on the device, not sent from a server.
2. Service providers
- Google LLC (Firebase: accounts, ranking and Arena data, cloud save, purchase verification, Analytics) — Google Cloud data centers
- Unity Technologies (ads) — under their own privacy policies
- Google Play and Apple App Store (payments)
3. How long we keep it
- Account, game records and cloud save: until you delete your account
- Purchase records: 5 years, as Korean consumer law requires
- Restriction records: until the restriction ends
4. Deletion and your rights
Delete everything at any time in the game under Settings → Delete account and data. If you have removed the game, follow these steps to ask by email. To access, correct or delete your data, write to support@leoncorpcore.com; we answer without delay.
5. Children
Children need a parent's or guardian's consent for purchases and the Arena. A parent may ask us to delete a child's data as above.
6. Security
Encrypted connections (HTTPS), database rules that let each player write only their own records, and encrypted, tamper-checked saves on the device.
