Delete Account & Data

Delete right in the game

1. Open Settings with the gear at the top right of the home screen.
2. At the bottom press Delete account & data → Delete and confirm.
3. Every record on the server and the device is erased at once and the game starts over.

If the game is already uninstalled (by e-mail)

Send the following to support@leoncorpcore.com. We delete within 7 days of confirmation and let you know.

• Subject: Bunsik Guardians account deletion request
• Your member code (the 10 characters at the bottom of Settings, if you know it)

What is deleted

• Cloud save (game progress), linked Google / Apple account info, member code, received mail
• The anonymous sign-in account
• Progress, currencies, Guardians, purchased products and settings on the device (when deleted in the game)

What is kept

Purchase records (order id, product, time) are kept for 5 years as consumer-protection law requires, then deleted. They contain no name or contact details. Products with remaining effects (ad removal, 2x speed and the like) also disappear with the deletion and are not refunded.
