Delete account and data

Delete in the game

1. Open Settings with the gear at the top right.
2. At the bottom, tap Delete account and data → Delete, read the notice and tap Delete forever.
3. Your server records and all data on the device are deleted at once and the game starts over.

If you removed the game (by email)

Write to support@leoncorpcore.com with the following. We delete your data within 7 days and let you know.

• Subject: Joseon Exorcist account deletion
• Your nickname
• Member ID (JX-XXXX-XXXX at the bottom of Settings, if you know it)

What is deleted

• Nickname, Power ranking records, cloud save and the linked Google/Apple account
• Arena and defense records, duel counts
• The anonymous sign-in account
• Progress, currencies, gear, purchased items and settings on the device (when deleted in the game)

What is kept

Purchase records (order number, product, time) are kept for 5 years as Korean consumer law requires, then deleted. They contain no name or contact details. Items with time left (Immortal's Blessing, Remove Ads and so on) end with the account and are not refunded.
